Here you can upload photos for Trussell to share publicly. 

This form requires you to confirm you have the consent of people in the uploaded images to use and share those images. You cannot consent on behalf of the people in the images.
Trussell does not accept photos of people under the age of 18 via this form.
If we publish a photo we will only use the first name. If we would like to use the last name, we will contact you to obtain permission.

Trussell and the data you provide

Trussell is the trading name of The Trussell Trust and is registered as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number Z279027X). All information will be kept securely. Your data will only be used for the purposes you agree to in this form. We take steps to remove directly identifying information. You have a right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact privacy@trussell.org.uk if you want to withdraw your permission. You also have a right to object if you think we are not using your data properly and a right to know what data we hold. Please contact privacy@trussell.org.uk if you want to exercise those rights. We may need to continue to hold just only enough information to make sure we don’t use your data in future. How Trussell will use the images you provide

Trussell may use and re-use the images for the promotion of Trussell's interests, such as campaigning, fundraising or internal materials, across any current or future media or channel (e.g., print, television, or social media). The uploaded images may also be shared with other organisations including those not controlled by Trussell, and used for their purposes. The materials may be seen locally, nationally, or globally and will be held by Trussell for no longer than five years.
To share the file(s) with Trussell, please confirm that you:

  1. Will inform Trussell if consent is withdrawn and will also stop using and delete the data.

If you are representing an organisation (such as a food bank) rather than people acting in their personal capacity, please confirm that you:

  1. Have obtained consent for your foodbank to use the data (e.g. images) and for Trussell to use those data based on the uses described in the section above; Have informed the people in the images how you store and use their data (e.g. a privacy notice);
  2. Have informed the people in the images how you store and use their data (e.g. a privacy notice); and
  3. Will manage the data appropriately (e.g. store images safely and keep them only as long as necessary).
